Bio Sculpture Conference – Sustainable Beauty

Find your voice. Make yourself known. Attract premium customers.

An intimate Bio Sculpture conference for stylists who deliver quality but don’t promote themselves enough.

Warm. Safe. Practical.
You’ll leave with two posts scheduled, a bio that’s just right, and a plan you can actually stick to.

It’s okay to be modest. But your dreams deserve to be discovered by the right people.

Fletcher Hotel Nieuwegein

March 28, 2026

10:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. (until 4:30 p.m.)

Intimate and intentionally small: max. 12 spots. First come, first served.

You’ve got the hang of it. You deliver quality. Your clients are happy.
And yet… when it comes to visibility, you feel a sense of resistance.

Not because you have nothing to say.
Because you get stuck for words. Because rejection is scary. Because it quickly feels like you’re “too much.”

So you’re posting less than you’d actually like to.
And that’s a shame. Because your work deserves the right clients.

This day is here to break that cycle. Gently, without pressure.
But with concrete results. So that by the end, you’ll have truly made progress.

Our focus: healthy nails: lasting beauty

Premium customers don’t just choose based on “appearance.”
They choose based on trust. On peace of mind. On reliability.

"Sustainable beauty " means healthy nails as the norm—and beauty as a natural result.
And today, you’ll learn how to express that and put it into practice.

What you finish on the spot

By the end of the day, you will have:

  • a bio that gets the point across (premium and clear)

  • 10 blog post ideas you can use right away

  • 2 posts fully created and scheduled

  • a story set that's ready to go (privacy-compliant)

  • Your 90-Day Visibility Routine (Simple Enough to Stick With)

You won’t leave with inspiration that’s already faded by Monday.
You’ll leave with materials, direction, and peace of mind.

What to expect...

Visibility doesn’t necessarily mean more customers.
It means: being clear, projecting a premium image, and helping the right people understand what you stand for
— whether through social media or your website ...at your own pace.

We work in a small group and keep things simple. You don’t have to “perform.”
You’ll receive structure and guidance as you build.

  • finding the right words (without sounding too salesy)

  • writing + building + planning (together, on-site)

  • optional camera angle (guided or independent—you choose)

  • product news + demo + try it out

  • Short “speed support” sessions: networking without the awkwardness, but with real results

For whom

For Bio Sculpture stylists who:

  • be modest, but still want to grow

  • getting stuck on what to say

  • attract premium customers by focusing on timeless beauty

  • a longing for peace, direction, and a plan that works

This is also valuable if you don't (yet) have a salon: you build your message and visibility based on your own situation, and you grow along with the group's energy.

Frequently Asked Questions:

Do I need to prepare anything?

No. Just come as you are. All you need to bring is a device you like to work on (laptop or phone) and make sure you can access Canva. We’ll take care of the rest together, step by step.

I'm not creative / I can't write. Is this really for me?

Exactly. We provide simple templates and examples so you don’t have to “figure it out” yourself. We craft your words step by step, in your own style. Concise, clear, authentic.

I'm afraid of rejection or negative reactions. What if I can't handle that?

That’s only human. That’s why we make visibility safe: you’ll learn what to say, how to say it, and what to do if someone does take issue with something. You don’t have to become harsh. You just need to stand your ground more firmly.

Do I have to be on camera?

No. Using the camera is optional. You can also go for a privacy-friendly option: hands, work, products, text, and voice-over. You choose what works best for you.

I’ve made a “plan” before, but then I always end up losing steam. What makes this different?

Because we don’t just come up with ideas—we actually get things done while you’re here. You’ll go home with two posts scheduled, captions ready, and a simple 90-day routine. Less need for motivation. More structure.

I'm shy and find group settings intimidating. Is this really safe for me?

Yes. Precisely because there are a maximum of 12 people, the atmosphere remains warm and intimate. You don’t have to share anything you don’t want to. You can participate at your own pace, and the structure ensures you don’t feel pressured to “just say something.” Many participants are exactly like that: calm, professional, and preferring authenticity over loudness.

I don't have a salon (yet). Can I still come?

Yes. You work from where you are: you build your message, your visibility, and your direction. And you benefit from the energy, resources, and interactions with the group.

Is this primarily product-focused?

No. Product updates and a demo are part of the day, but the focus is on your growth: finding the right words, increasing your visibility, and attracting premium customers by making “sustainable beauty” the standard.

I have enough clients/I don't want any more clients. Is this really for me?

Yes. Visibility doesn’t necessarily mean attracting more customers. It’s about taking control and projecting a premium image: clear communication, clear boundaries, and a next step that aligns with your capacity (e.g., limited availability, maintenance, a waiting list, or information on your website).
