Once upon a time...

a girl in South Africa named Elmien

She, probably just like you, was always flipping through beauty magazines. Already on the lookout for beautiful photos of makeup and nails… dreaming of her own salon.

It is therefore not surprising that Elmien trained as a beautician at the CIDESCO Beauty Academy in Stellenbosch and opened her first salon after graduating.

But during her training and later in her salon, she was very frustrated that there were plenty of products for the skin but not so many for the nails.

at least not the products she was looking for.

That’s why she went to America to continue her studies and take courses on artificial nail systems, but she still hasn’t found the product she had in mind.

Elmien concluded that if she wanted a product that met her needs, she would have to build it from scratch.

Her goal was not only to create beautiful nails, but also to make them healthier.

She made a wish list and took it with her.
